Shumo use Royal Mail exclusively for items ordered within the UK. As standard, we send items using 2nd class tracked post. There is also the option to upgrade to an express service at checkout for an extra fee. Our order cut off is 3pm Monday to Friday. Standard 2nd class mail is usually delivered within 5 working days. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days from the date of your order please contact us on 0116 326 0608 or alternatively email us using the form on the contact page.
UK Delivery Cost
We offer free UK delivery if you spend over £25 on our website. Standard delivery (3-5 working days) under the value of £25 will be charged at £1.99. You can upgrade to an express delivery (1-2 working days) service for £4.99.

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service on Shumo. If the size is incorrect then please send the item back for a refund and reorder the item in the size you require.
If your purchase is part of an offer e.g. 2 For £30 and you wish to return one of the items, the refund will reflect the charge of a single item. The discount will no longer apply on the single item.
Although we check every item thoroughly before it is dispatched, in some cases it is still possible that you may receive an item with a defect. If this is the case then we kindly ask that you report this to us within 7 working days of receiving the item. Please email email@example.com with the details of the fault. In order to speed up the process of rectifying the problem it is always helpful if you include a picture of the defect/fault. We usually assess each case individually and aim to respond to all issues within 1 working day.
For orders that contain more than one item, we may dispatch your order in multiple packages. This is to ensure that there is no delay in receiving any part of your order. In the rare event of a shortage please email or call our customer service team to rectify the matter. We may ask for a scanned copy or photograph of the invoice that was sent with goods.
Any items which have been personalised, special order or made to order will be non refundable. Items which have had scotchguard application added will still be eligible to return their item but will not be refunded for the scotchguard element of your order. Any postage paid to return an item cannot be refunded, if you believe that your order is eligible for a free return please email our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org. All items being returned for a refund or an exchange must be unworn and in the original, undamaged packaging.
International customers are welcome to return unwanted merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions within your parcel. Kindly note, we do not offer subsidised or free returns for non UK customers.
Cancelling/Amending An Order
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed and paid for, it will enter our system and cannot be cancelled or amended. Please feel free to return your item to us and we can issue a refund in the event you have made a mistake with your order.
